You think he ends up at BC?Looks like he’ll get Iona their 15 seconds of fame before he heads to a power 6 team. A lot of schools would be very smart to hire him up.
I’d love it for the ACC. I sort of (based on pretty much nothing) feel that BC views themselves as being above Pitino (from an institutional/academic perspective...not athletically obviously) and would never pull the trigger on it.You think he ends up at BC?
Agreed. Kinda happy for him low key.I’d love it for the ACC. I sort of (based on pretty much nothing) feel that BC views themselves as being above Pitino (from an institutional/academic perspective...not athletically obviously) and would never pull the trigger on it.
They’d be smart to hire him pronto in my opinion, though.
Imagine if he ended back up at Kentucky when it’s all said and done
Wouldn’t surprise me 😎Imagine if he ended back up at Kentucky when it’s all said and done
Pitino is such a badass. Dude would have 6 or 7 titles had he stayed at Kentucky. By far a better coach than CalGotta hand it to him, might be the most underrated of the greatest coaches of the last 30 years, along with Huggins

He can often be the antithesis of class, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t rooting for his comebackAgreed. Kinda happy for him low key.
Phenomenal coach. Has absolutely zero self-awareness IMO but one of the GOATS in terms of pure coaching.
Penn State is the one to watchYou think he ends up at BC?

BC going after Beilein. Not sure if he takes the job
If Beilein hated recruiting at Mich., I can’t imagine that the BC job would be attractive to him.
Pitino and Calipari have to fight it out in a steel cage match. Winner gets the job, loser gets a calzone and eternal banishment from college basketball.Imagine if he ended back up at Kentucky when it’s all said and done
