On this day 16 years ago Kentucky and Tennessee

LOL, UT and UL fans know that’s not correct. It goes:
1) beat Kentucky
2) hope UK loses
3) hope the teams UK lost to, lose so we can.make fun of UK
4) see first 3
This might make sense if we were yapping in a thread started by a Vol coming at UK, but we are not, are we Jeffy?

I'm pretty sure we played our scrubs.
You know I'm a big Della fan and I yank your chain every once in a while and I love how you fight to the bitter end, but wow, this is a baaaad look. Come on now.
Barnes and that team wanted that game, there's no way they gave less than 100% in that game, especially with a #1 seed on the line.

Plenty. That only changed in the one and done era. Sr day in Knoxville last season wasn't a good day for the orange clad masses in TBA.
We stomped you at Rupp and it was dbl digits JC. I suppose we can refer to that as Stomp UK at Rupp day henceforth.

I don't see how or why your fiduring miles per gallon, Kev, but you be you.

They did need the win. They had a tough battle with SCAR and Auburn as I recall. You might just call them Vols, but I call them SEC Champions!

It's not like you can call them any other champions.

That was mean. I apologize.

Some teams are just toads. Like gypsies with no home. Just want to steal others thunder.

It was an unprovoked flame thread JC. We both know this.
Flame thread???? Poor Lou Lou, everybody is out to get her.😂 Stop crying all the time! Yesterday was the anniversary of the “Meeks is still open” game and it got me to wondering about other teams that might have had players go off. I have years and years of beat downs against UT that I could post daily if I was trying to flame you Lou Lou.
How sure are you?

And then there’s this!!!😂😂😂

Ummmmm, tournament seeding. You may not know this, but seeding isn't based on clinching a conference title. All the games matter.
Don’t use common sense with Lou Lou, she’s blinded by everybody’s jealousy of UT’s non tradition/final four ass!😂

Well, I'm 65. So I think I know senior. Plus, I can remember way back when. But I know you don't like the past..
Wonder why she hates the past so much? Is it because she don’t like remembering all those UK beat downs UT took or because Tennessee doesn’t have a past worth a shit?

Now I’m Flaming Lou Lou!!!😘

Going off topic again. 'Senior Day' is what we were talking about.
I gave you a counter balance as it happened in the same year. You may not like it, but it is legit nonetheless.

I'll tell you what I do like....

161-78

8-0.
Kicked your ass in Rupp and we will kick your ass again this year. You can't get by the first round in the tourney and this is not a fluke, you've been mauled by the grizzlies and spiked by the peacocks. A long time ago y'all were elite, but lately you are not. Other SEC programs have passed you by.

Have you not been watching? The problem UK had is now running Arkansas' program into the gutter.

Gonna be a long time before any other SEC team can come close to matching UK's accomplishments in said conference. Neither you nor I will be alive to see that happen.

Maybe, Pope is the answer to your prayers. The odds are he is not, because your prayers are championships every year. CBB has changed, lots of programs are embracing it and investing into it.

Rupp, Hall, Pitino, Smith, Calipari have all done it at UK. It ain't just about the coach.
You just got through saying it was the coach, Cal. Used to be only a few programs invested in CBB. That is not the case now.

Program > coach.

No other program has won titles under 5 different coaches. You were counting Pope's chances of being the 6th to do it out. Not wise.
However, programs are much more invested into CBB. That makes UK less special and more the norm.

Investing doesn't always equate to success. Just look at Arky. It doesn't necessarily help any program leapfrog those of longstanding tradition that are among the top 5 programs of all time either.

Yet your program has had its “BEST TEAM EVER” each of the last 5 years (this makes 6) and you have nothing to show for it. Your biggest accomplishment is splitting or getting swept by UK but please go on telling us how you’ve passed us by!😂 Hell, UT isn’t even ahead of South Carolina. At least they have a final four!!! Waiting for a reply @della!

Really, it is coach and program commitment. If the program is committed to give a quality coach what he needs then the school will be successful. This is especially true now that you can buy players.
