****Official B1G Off-Season Thread****

@hawkit3113 suck my dick! Maybe you'll get McCollum? I kinda liked him a little more but he's also kind of a nerd.

Just got the new. You fvcking cock smoking bitches!!!

We are dead. McCoĺĺum would be a 3 year rebuild at the minimum.

Fvck I wanted DeVeris. Dint blame him though. IU is the better job.

DeVeris was their second choice behind May
If we're going to include May let's include the 5-6 names before both. May was worried about failing and his family who already live in Bloomington having a hard time. Don't need a guy like that.

We will never know who or how many. This was a surprise but the more I read from people outside of the program, the better I feel. Just going to have to trust SD on this one and give him a chance. DD has never had anything close to what he will have at his disposal in BTown.

Just glad to have a youngish coach who's still moving up and seems to have the personality to match.

Congrats on the hire IU fans.

I talked to a couple of IU fans at the First Four games last night. Congratulated them on the hire. They acted lukewarm. Said they talked to a WVU fan earlier who seemed glad to see Devries go.

That was surprising to me. WVU had a decent season considering they lost the coaches' son early in they year. Kinda shit the bed late in the season and lost a brutal must win game to open the B12 tourney to Colorado but dude had sustained success at Drake (but only won 1 NCAAT game in 6 seasons).

The best news in the short term is Tucker will follow his dad and instantly be one of the 10 best players in the B1G if he is fully healthy.

Honestly think the sustained success is probably more important than a flash in the pan run. Feels like a good hire IMO, but I thought Archie was a good hire.

The more I read the more I like but that always happens it seems with new hires. What little I've watched I like the offense but have only seen clips centered around set plays for his kid to get open 3s, something we haven't seen in a decade with Crean. Archie I was a little hesitant watching his offense during his playin for his last game at Dayton but always hoped or assumed that would change with better talent at Indiana and it never happened.
