Too bad you can't bottle up Pinnacle Bank and take it will you on the road.

Iowa and Purdue made 36 combined threes in back to back games vs Nebraska.

Nobody can win in that scenario. You can't even win at home vs that type of shooting.

If someone can turn around IU football they should be able to find it for IU basketball

Uhhh yes they should have. Just because Miller didn't live up to the hype and they got tricked into Woodson doesn't mean he didn't deserve to go.
Crean was one of a series of bad decisions. Time to get QB out of the mix and make an appropriate hire. The fact the support has remained at this level is amazing. Great fans

CJ Cox breakout game!
Would be great if he took the reins on consistently being the “other guy” that consistently steps up outside of TKR/Smith/Loyer when they need someone else to score. Seems to rebound really well and defend well especially for his size too.

Really wish Jacobsen didn’t get hurt, that rim protection would have raised this team’s ceiling IMO.

No doubt. Just another great story of Painter finding an under-the-radar guy and him turning into a solid player for us.

Not sure how Painter keeps doing this. Cox was an unrated 3 star freshman whose best offers prior to the Purdue offer were from Brown and Dartmouth. He's trending in the right direction (double figures in 5 of his last 9 games), shooting 44.2% from three and defending the opponents' best perimeter player. I'm sure he'll have some more bumpiness to his season but his future looks bright.

Most so-called experts already say he's the next Steph Curry.

It doesn't send a positive message to the team when the coach behaves this way after the first game of the trip. They have a 2-4 record in the conference, not great, Mick.

UCLA thought they were going to be a big deal coming to the BIG with their historical significance and winning eight P12 titles in the bast two decades. There will be a lot of attention paid to the significance when they visit TAH next month, but other than that nobody seems to give a shit.
