Williams and Rice were fun to watch last night. Both just really really good. Rice cannot however finish with one assist.
The double and triples on Ballo was a good move given Neb bigs., he couldn’t get off the ground.
Love Mgbako but he is mentally soft. Those two quick ticky tacs set him down and he never came back to life.
Cupps would have helped run the floor late. Neb went wild.
Chatter among some of the donor class is that power has been wrested from QB and this will be it for Mike.
Actually, while the need is not a shock, the likely hood of QB letting go is in question for many.
Does Illinois have any fans on the board? If so, good game. They have a great team, I mean really tough and by that I mean back alley brawl tough. Their house and fans are rocking non stop and who can argue with their beautiful colors? Y'all need to be prepared before entering their place or you'll leave in a body bag.

I didn't even know they played until I was on line Sun.
That is one of the primary differences between the two fanbases.
I believe IU will always stay relevant in BB, but I would be concerned if my rival stopped caring.
I've cared more about Izzo and MSU than any other program the last decade plus because yours was the program we were trying to eclipse.

Couldn’t agree more. Obviously the in-state rivalry will always be there but MSU was always the gold standard . And you can tell how much Painter respects Izzo.
I’ve always felt that Nebraska was like an SEC team when it comes to basketball. Something to keep you busy until spring football came around.
