Purdue took down top twenty teams Saturday and Sunday, Ohio State took down top 25 Seton Hall last night, can Wisconsin keep the Big Ten Streak going of knocking off a top twenty five team with Houston??

Ohio State is fine. Very nice win last night and the loss at Xavier is not a bad loss. The close win vs Akron is but a faded memory.

At this point, I'd put them #2 in the B1G.

I think they have to get healthy to reach where I thought they could. Young coming back after missing the first few games has helped but will need Sueing, Towns, and Brown to finish that high

Not if you ask snowchipmunk or w/e about Seton Hall

Uh-oh. Trent Frazier to the locker room with a leg injury. Hope it’s nothing serious.

Didn’t look good.

Apparently he is already playing with a torn labrum in his shoulder, so he won’t be 100% regardless

I don't think IU finishes top 4, and if they do it's a testament to just how dogshit the conference is this year. Would be surprised if UM, MSU, and OSU don't improve throughout the season to be the top teams behind Purdue. IU has a shot, but I'll believe it once they beat a team with a pulse outside of assembly hall.
I get it being a Purdue fan.....But Indiana is seriously improved. IU finishing in the Top 4 would not be an indication of the B10 being dog shit. Hell even if Miller, I mean fuk, they lost 4 OT games last year---including 2 OT to Wisky. So even as bad as they were, it was a bounce here/there, from being 11-8, instead of 7-12.

As much as I dislike Purdue----you have to give credit where its due. And your guys are like FF/title good. Right now, a few notches above everyone else in the conference...But outside of probably Michigan, maybe OSU, I'm not seeing anyone who jumps out to be that much better, if even better, than Indiana.

Gonzaga a clear #1, Purdue should be #2 next week after this ass beating that UCLA is getting. Will be interesting to see how Duke fares against the Zags.

Gonzaga is head and shoulders above any other team in college basketball.

This might be accurate but UCLA is likely to be closer to the team that needed a play in game than the FF team from last year. It happens every season where the polls reflect how the teams did in a 2-3 week period and not who they were for 4 months, which is usually a more accurate representation of who they are.

💯 had some good freshmen and Myles Johnson come in & are a good team but not top 5 in the country good IMO.

Because they got blown out by Gonzaga? So did Texas. If Gonzaga blows out Duke will that prove it’s just Gonzaga being way better ?

Who wants to create a PM group where shit posting isnt the dominant form of communicating and more of a place to info share about our own team and what we think about the other teams in the B10? If some fan would be willing to do that...include me please. Reading constant garbage, while fun at times, gets tough to sift through at times.

No, I expressed that opinion before the season. Still think they’re a top 15-20 team but just not top 5. I wasn’t alone in that opinion, you can listen to three man weave podcast or a couple of others that expressed the same reservation. Their shooting splits in the tournament were absurd (their 3pt % vs opp 3 pt%).

If they had gotten beat by MSU they’d be a top 25 team preseason, if they had made it to sweet 16 they’d have been a top 15 ranked team preseason. But instead, they made it to final 4 and had a lot of buzz with Peyton Watson & Myles Johnson coming in.

We are going to have to agree to disagree there. They have a great PG to go along with 3 NBA wings. They also have one of the best defensive bigs in the country.

If Gonzaga blows out their 3rd top 10 team in as many weeks in Friday, then it’s obvious they are in a class of their own.

100% agree Gonzaga is way better right now and perhaps will be the whole year. At least for me, it's more about looking at the teams below Gonzaga right now. How to group the next teams - UCLA, Purdue, Kansas, Nova, Kansas, etc.. since they all have some type of weakness that need further improvement.

Nova still needs to develop a bench.
Purdue's defense needs to be better.
Kansas I would argue still needs a marquee win. Their best win was an unranked MSU, not that MSU is a cupcake but compared to the others, is it the same?
Duke played UK first game of the year and UK is made up of transfers and generally teams with transfers will need time to improve.

That would be great. Honestly, I've become numb to the IU/Purdue banter for the most part.

But the Iowa posters who talk like 4th graders make the thread a lot more unreadable. And then there is Hail, who took one talking point and posted incessantly about it for months. But it was okay because Gillinois brought it up first 4 months ago.
