Williams started more games than Hawkins.

In regards to Hawkins, how is it that he can get better in the off-season, but Purdue players can’t get better? You stated Purdue has the exact same team as last year apart from Furst who you said could bump them to the round of 32. None of their players got better like Hawkins?
The players that were expected to get better this upcoming season for Purdue, were already playing at a high level to end the season.

Ivey/Edey played good down the stretch.

Only player on their roster with upward mobility to raise their ceiling is Newman. Their other guards are trash.

You haven’t watched any Purdue games this year obviously. Edey is much improved.

Window is shutting rapidly after burning Cock leaves. Might want to try winning two tourney games at least this year.
Agreed that Illinois needs to win in the tourney as much as possible with Cockburn. Bigs like him don’t come around often.

A Curbelo, Hutcherson, Rodgers, Hawkins, and Payne lineup next year will be as good as anyone in the conference.

Same old Iowa. Scores over 100 points and lets one of the worst offensive teams in college B-ball drop 82 points on 49% shooting.

How come? Similar size, athleticism, physical skills. I think Colvin is a better shooter than Ivey was at that stage.
Ivey got to double digits, but he took a lot of shots to get there. Most players (especially freshmen) don’t have the mindset to do that.

I’m sure you aren’t suggesting Colvin is going to be better than Ivey.

If you actually think the lineup you losted for next yr is at worst tied for best in the conference you might have just graduated to just Gil. The rest of the letters drop off.
Ivey will be in the NBA. Edey is on some mocks. Doubt both Edey and Williams play another season together regardless.

Michigan will lose Houstan, Brooks, Jones, and Dickinson(?)

If Liddell comes back again maybe Ohio St is better?

Who should be above them?

If Indiana, Maryland, or Michigan St retain their entire starting 5?

Yes, in the B1G west! Lol tbh don’t really care about next at this point. I’ll probably lie to myself and think they’ll be great but I’d expect a step back next year to the middle tier in B1G unless the portal is better to them
