Cocks did it in 2017. Pretty sure the Tar Holes did it before. UConn has done it multiple times.
And actually won both titles, the only one to do so.

The wife and I were just talking about this last night. I dont think any coach will ever get close to what he has done, once he IS done lol. Still seems to have the fire to keep going for a bit. If Paige wasnt hurt last year, we may have kept the final four streak intact.
