Creighton is much better than the bulk of sub .500 ACC teams that U6 has been accustomed to playing.
That’s actually very true. They have an elite offense and Louisvilke got stunned by it, because they hadn't seen an offense that can spread you out like that, but once or twice all season.
That was a practice drill for Creighton today.
Yup, that’s a big part of it. Several teams are hot right now, Auburn isn’t one of them. Eventually that many egos was going to catch up with them and here we are.
I had Creighton winning that game in both my brackets. The game was not a surprise to me.
Listen, UL had a good season. Especially in comparison to where the program was the last few years.
But there were many UL fans who thought their team was actually playing much better then they did in the non conference, mostly due to a home win over Clemson. No doubt they were playing better, but not to the level UL fans thought. The ACC unfortunately (if you are a UL fan) did no favors to UL, at all. ULs final record was inflated by playing crap teams night in and night out, and was not, in my opinion, a true reflection of the actual quality of the team.
Just my observation. Anyways, good year UL fans, seems like Kelsey has things going in the right direction.
