And the hopes and dreams of blue bloods will be on UCLA

Just read an article where Eastern is considering dropping to D2 or dropping Football.Really sad, they were an absolute power in FCS. Glad my Cal Poly Mustangs have Baldwin now.
Eastern has an opportunity to start getting the local players that used to go to Gonzaga. Those are the players that built up Gonzaga but they obviously don't recruit them anymore. That would be unfortunate. They've been a solid FCS program for a while.
Don't think they can win this game vs. Kansas but I'd really like to see their coach get a shot in the MWC or PAC soon.

Agreed, but I think he will succeed there. Wish he was still at USF. I believe USF would be knocking on the door of the NCAA Tournament if he stayed.Or Washington State. Kyle Smith is a good coach but he's got to find a way to get a few more players to come to Pullman. Not an easy task
I’m so ****ing tired of this shit. It always happens to us. Teams just go nuts from 3 out of nowhere. Can’t miss. We never catch that team that just has a bad night shooting. We see other teams catching these teams on off nights. Not us. The worst was Oregon a couple years ago. Banking in bullshit, hitting 14 shots in a row, all jump shots too, then the very next game they’re missing wide open looks. Watch these guys if they beat us. They’ll miss everything they put up on Monday.
That Oregon team was much better than Kansas that year. Just be happy Chris Boucher got hurt before the NCAAT or Oregon would have won by even more.
No they weren’t. They got lucky and got hot. It happens. You guys played better without him. That Oregon team was much better than Kansas that year. Just be happy Chris Boucher got hurt before the NCAAT or Oregon would have won by even more.

So did KU.Sure thing bud. Oregon had 5 guys who played/play in the NBA on that roster and a really good college player who plays at a high level in Europe (Dylan Ennis). There was no fluke about it. Just got soundly beat, even with the NCAA giving KU the hometown advantage.

So did KU.
KU also performed better throughout the year. We did get soundly beat though, it happens. You guys got hot. If we play that game again though, maybe you don’t bank in 3s and hot wild shots all night long. Like against UNC.
I mean, in ‘08 we beat UNC in the Final Four like they were a pee wee league team. The same UNC team that won it all the next year. We weren’t that much better, we just got hot. On the flip side, if you guys would have brought the same performance against KU that you did UNC, we would have beaten you with no problem.
You don’t know much then. I thought this game was going to be tough for us. They have skilled big men, and we don’t have a big guy who can guard them on the perimeter. We need to go small, like the announcer said, but we can’t go small, cause two of our smalls are out on covid protocol.Eastern Washington couldnt even beat John Thompson III's Georgetown back in 2015, they aint an upset minded team at all. If KU somehow loses to this team, man, I dont know what to say about Bill Self if this happens.

We've seen teams play back to back this season, winning the first by 30 and losing the second. Winning that game by double digits didn't mean that they were "much better." Jackson having to sit early was the biggest difference.
We're talking about a team with 4 pros, including the NPOY at PG, a finalist for NPOY the next year, and the 4th pick in the draft.

We have two guys who can play small ball but also guard the post. Both of them are out for this game. This is a horrible matchup for us.KU done. Can’t defend this team and mentally starting to effect them on the offensive end taking bad shots.
Gotta stop this dude...

Was he missing the key players needed to complete his game plan? What team are you even a fan of?
