Kansas at Kansas State

Should be a good one. I think KU really needs this one to get their mojo back.

For my money K-state is the most talented team in the B12. If they are fully healthy they are really good. Still don't understand how they lost @ A&M last week though.

fwiw, i'm rooting for KU for two reasons. I'm still sore over last years tournament, and we played KU this season.

I'm 1-0 for teams i rooted for tonight.

KU losing Azubuike kind of reminds me of UK losing Noel. Not as bad, but trying to find a new identity.

i hate k state so much. almost as much as missouri.

No they aren’t that talented. They just have a lot of experience. Their ceiling is lower than other teams but they play closer to that ceiling on a more consistent basis. They play defense like only a veteran team can.

"Not everyone is going to make it as LeBron James, Steph Curry, or Chauncey Billups."

This guy have stock on Chauncey?

Well it took KU’s worst team in 15 years, two injured players, and some ungodly uneven officiating but they did it. They beat us.

Of course the year Kansas goes down, WVU is trash.

Fvcking K-State is gonna end the streak. Eyeroll

Nah, K-State will lose some games they should win, then get blown out in Lawrence as KU will be in bonus 6 minutes into the half. We all know how this will play out.

For KU, turn the ball over 23 times and a senior in Vick who only shows up to play when he feels like it won't help matters. We'll be an opening weekend out but it also won't come as a shocker....not one bit.

Fingers crossed it’s Kstate that ends the streak. It would be fantastic entertainment for me personally living in KS.

That said, KState will certainly choke this off. Ku may not win the Big12 but it won’t be KState knocking them off their perch.

Yet when we played @KU the game before they started off the game shooting like 70% from 3.
It’s said that over the course of a season you’ll play 5 games better than who you are, 5 games worse and the rest will be right about who your teams identity is. I think you guys just got unlucky and caught KU in one of their 5 best games.

It gave us false hope because last night they played much more like they had been playing all January.
