Can we now agree the UM admin covering for him and letting him stay on after fighting or trying to fight multiple opponents was a ticking time bomb

Yet he's still remaining on staff as Martelli's assistant at least for the rest of this season? That's awkward.

Sounds like they may have just demoted him to give them time to work on his termination. Martelli has been the acting head coach all year since Juwan had surgery so they may have wanted to just keep it that way while working on logistics.
