This resurgence narrative is kind of silly.
They had recently blown out Texas Tech, beat Ok St by double digits and beat WV on the road. All better teams than Wisconsin.

Fair enough, but they had definitely been not as name of a squad due to the layoff, loss against OSU, and play from other teams .
I just think this narrative has been way overused. The fact that they didn’t go undefeated doesn’t mean their level of play was drastically lower.
The narrative mainly came about because they had a close game vs Iowa St. What people don’t realize is that Iowa St played them close the first time. I think they definitely showed rust in the first half of that Iowa St game, but I don’t think it took them several weeks to shake it off.
Baylor has multiple shooters just great guard play, really guys that seem just fine in their role. Maybe they could be had if a team can muck it up a little.
Baylor plays such good defense that they really only need one decent run to get separation and keep that separation. They shoot the 3 so well that they can knock down 2-3 3s in a couple of minutes to stretch a lead to double digits and then it’s all she wrote for the opponent.
No PAC teams in their region so they should be ok
