Genocide isn't defined as a large percentage--it's defined as a large number. 186,000 is an objectively large number. If 186,000 Americans were murdered in a year, I doubt you'd be quibbling about the use of the term.
I haven't said that Hamas deserves no blame. But there's a lot the media doesn't tell you. For one, Israel created and indirectly funded Hamas. Two, the details of that day haven't been reported accurately. Israeli intelligence had specific knowledge of the attack plans in advance and didn't act. That's proven.
What makes you so passionate about this that you angrily pounced w/ personal attacks? You acted like I insulted your mother. Ever ask yourself why you have that kneejerk reaction when somebody criticizes the gov't of another nation-state? What ties do you have to Israel? And here we are. You can disagree, and criticize Israel for their war, but to act like it is their losses vs Israel's losses that matters is pretty silly. Israel wants to eliminate their enemies in their backyard. That is going to mean a lit more than 186,000 deaths. So I would say, assuming that number is accurate, that is a relatively low number.
