Another reason I always laugh when people say Cal gets top talent and just rolls the balls out. It’s not as easy to get the young players to play hard and together as many like to act like it is. Takes time! I’m still picking Duke to win it all!

IMO Bagley should of been the only option when Duke had the ball. We had no answer for him and in the first half you owned us on the boards. Defensively you guys look lost but when you went zone with Bolden, Carter and Bagley on the back line I thought that'll be the answer to your problems on defense.

Lol, that's a great gif in response. I saw where Blue Devil Nation tweeted about it. Didn't know who he meant though. That is the deal with these young kids. I also don't think it is a huge deal though. Kids retweet everything. I mean, it was a nice dunk, lol.
It is a huge deal. If he has retweeted that (can't believe I am saying retweeted) this soon, it shows he doesn't give a shit that he played a big role in losing a rivalry game. He is putting a single play that makes him look good ahead of the overall success of his team.
I don't want to convict the kid any further without proof that he did this.

I hope not. I already don't have a favorable opinion of Duvowel. But I want it to be fair. So I will let this play out before I get too upset over it.
It’s the truth. He retweeted what was posted here. However the original tweet did tag him, so it’s not like he went looking for it.

Meh. I think you’re exaggerating a bit. As soon as K ripped their ass and they got showered and in the bus every kid had their phone in their hand checking social media etc. I couldn’t care less about the retweet.
I’m more concerned on whether or not his carelessness on the court can be fixed in the next six weeks.
I don’t think the players on either side view a loss in this rivalry the same way that fans do- especially not the freshmen.

I would say your whole team doesn't give a shit about losing. Just look at the way they play defense. They gave Kenny Williams and Cam Johnson open look after open look. I couldn't believe the lack of effort on the defensive side of the ball.

That whole game was a clinic on how not to play defense. The only team that plays defense happens to be #1 in the country.
Villanova's defense is okay (top 55). They're still the #1 team. However, lots of teams out there play good defense. Even UNC plays pretty solid defense. They're a top 30 defensive team. I did not see a lack of defensive effort from UNC for the most part. I rarely saw defensive effort from Duke. They have the capability of being a strong defensive team. It just seems like they choose not to. I understand not putting defensive effort against teams like Pitt or Wake. But against your biggest rival?
Seriously, this is your title to lose. I watched the most recent UVA game @FSU and they didn't have a FG for most of the 2nd half. As a UK fan I get frustrated with the lack of scoring (the point of the game), and if our defense was better (i barely knew her), we'd hava chance.
Dude, the tourney is a complete crapshoot. I think we have a good shot but this "the title is yours to lose" thinking is complete nonsense. If UVA does win it all, I'll definitely be a giant dick about it though
If UNC could shoot worth a shit, they win that game by 20+. UNC went cold and missed 13 in a row at one point which let duke get back in it. Not to mention they missed a ton of wide open shots throughout the game. A team like Villanova might score 120 on Duke.
