Duke had the advantage of Knowing that Zion wasn't going to play. They had three weeks to prepare without him. Bolden's injury sucked, but I am not sure it altered much of the game plan.
Anyone who allows afamu to dictate how they view other Duke fans on this board is as, if not more pathetic than he is.

2 of the 3 Duke fans who posted here (and 2 of the 2 that were continuing any sort of conversation) were making excuses based on injuries. What was said was applicable to those in this thread and what they were saying.
That GE was not responding appropriately to the whining that was taking place? Nonsense. He was right on target.
If he was responding appropriately, he would have specifically addressed the particular posters he was referring to and not said Duke fans. Which he did in his response to me, but not in the post that I responded to. It was not an attack on @GE Nole , just a statement.

I read it more as “While some people are trying to make K sound like he has really underachieved in the OAD era, in reality Duke was a few serious injuries and a missed shot away from nobody having any issue with K and OAD,” but I guess you’ve gotta do you.

'Ole Roy probably has the best approach to recruiting because his style of play has remained the same since his days at KU. He wants his bigs to run fast, and have good hands, points who fly, at least one shutdown defender, and usually 1-2 potential. He has a pretty good eye for his short, and long term, needs.

Show me which Duke fan has said NO other team except Duke has had to deal with injuries. Funny how a question to Duke fans involves so many other fans. Is it not a fact a lot of K’s OAD players have been injured at some point throughout the season? Weren’t you the FSU fan that complained about FT disparity against Duke from 2006? Seems like the only fans that get to complain are non Duke fans.
