Raftery. Cbs also needs Gus Johnson back. Duke vitale is the king of talking about things that have nothing to do with the current game he is calling. Dude brings up duke regardless of the game he is calling

Last year, I would have said Rafferty, but apparently he has decided to add an old man style "HOO" to his schtick anytime there is a good play that leads to a timeout.

I have been watching a lot of Serie A games and I find the announcing of that far better. They actually talk about the game and strategies. For some reason I think that our announcers used to do more of that, but now they just cheerlead the players.
When recent coaches do the analyzing, much better. I actually liked Pitno. Color guys, suck most of the time. The worst is a color guy trying to do both. Then there's Dicky and Walton. Entertainment value only. Random conversations the entire game. But can be funny at times.
In the past the guys talked about the game just like you address.
Now it is about everything but the game. Now to add insult to injury the analyst are remote. It is just stupid.
