Outside of IU and PU everybody was a 7-10 seed. Nobody thought the conference was any good this year.

The problem is the dog shit B1G keeps getting 8 teams in while the dog shit ACC keeps getting 5 teams in. That's why OP made this thread.

I'm not arguing that ACC isn't trash. We definitely are this year. UNC's season is hilarious and I loved it. But we have a MUCH stronger track record in the tournament than the B1G. The committee should give us the benefit of the doubt, especially over the B1G.
It’s because the ACC was shit in the non-conference (B1G-ACC Challenge notwithstanding).
Perhaps a fan of a team that actually made the tournament should have made the thread.
That’s why I said SHOULD. They keep rewarding these mediocre B1G teams and they keep losing.

Yeah I get that. But it’s a problem when the first 1/3 of your season dictates your conference season. If they spread non-conference games out across the season more, then it’d be less of an issue
That’s the flaw of the metrics for sure.
Yeah you B1G fans are a reasonable bunch that would have responded differently if a Duke fan made this thread

Unfortunately, you wouldn't get to face any Big Ten teams, so that would've left you sh** out of luck as far as advancing in the tournament.
