Auburn has to be a 2 seed at this point

Ironically the SEC was extremely horrible in 2013-2014 as a whole. Also that year Florida and Kentucky both made the final 4. Just saying.
I said that exact thing 3 pages back.
The tournament comes down to who is hot going in. Right now, there are about 8-10 teams that are hot and I see only 2 or 3 hot teams in the SEC.

Eh, duke, unc and ku definitely played in tougher conferences overall, but those conferences had down years too.

The SEC was very good in the 90's and there were times in the 2000's where it was very good too.

You still have to prove it in the tournament though and UK did that many times.

Only 3 SEC teams have won titles in hoops.

The SEC is great this year but we know historically they haven't been. UK for the longest has carried that conference but UF and Arky had good years but weren't consistent enough.

What I'm saying the more teams outside the 3 that have already won titles win. more that will change of the perception of the conference overall.

Just 4 years ago the ACC had 2 teams in the FF but that's when a few teams had HOF coaches. It's evident the SEC has better coaching, it'll be interesting to see if other teams can step up.

It’s going to keep changing. Like, most sec teams are losing their main core of their roster after this season, so who knows what the SEC will be next year.

The ACC could be on top again, or the BIG12. NIL has changed everything.

He seems like a handsome man. He has a great hairline. I've been paying more attention to other men's hairlines over the past few years, as I'm trying to maintain mine. He is also in good shape, but he just needs to stay away from college coeds.
I'm really not focusing on hairlines. Newborns don't have any hair and who can resist them.

True. You have Kentucky guys (not all of them) going all in on conference pride and getting triggered by my comments that were really meant to get a rise out of you. Lol
I have had 4 different posters unprovoked try to troll me on this board in the last week

It's hilarious to me watching Kentucky fans defend their conference when it's been shit (for the most part) for 40 years and they've benefited from it.
I haven't said a darn thing about the SEC or ACC in this thread, so I would address the posters that are, and not me.

You could make an argument for Auburn over Florida as the #1 overall seed based on their resume. While I believe Florida edges them out in a few key areas, if you're going by overall resume, including a regular season SEC title, that argument is valid. That said, it's tough to place either Houston or Duke ahead of Florida. Florida outshines both in the resume category and has looked like the better team since early February.
