Haters be hating. Nova’s offense is scary good just like UVAs defense is scary good. Purdue is balanced with an offense that is really good, but not as good as Nova, and a defense that is really good, but not as good as UVA. Nova, UVA, Duke (very high ceiling with elite athleticism and rebounding), and MSU (ditto to Duke) are the teams that I don’t want Purdue matched up against until a potential F4.

Particularly with a couple of guys leaving after this year. Bridges is poised to be the programs first lottery pick since 2006 and Brunson is special as a college PG. Best ‘Nova has had IMO.

Agree both offensively and on paper. Definitely the most potent regular season offensive team - right now their offensive efficiency I think is best KenPom has record - although the 2016 team obviously had an unbelievable offensive stretch in the tournament.

I still worry about the cumulative effect of minutes and added time on the court due to the injuries for some guys. Brunson is definitely a little nicked up and seems to have an injury scare every other game at this point. I thought Hart and Bridges were pretty gassed by the end of last season.

And this team is definitely not clicking on the defensive end yet either. I do think they have the length/athleticism to be really good on that end and the young big guys seem to be improving - but there are still communication issues pretty consistently. Hasn't been a major problem in most games because the offense is so good - but I'd like to see it improve to feel better about the ability to get a key stop in a close game .
