very happy today. 199! First time in over a decade I've seen a number that starts with 1. Lost a total of 36 lbs since 11/12/24.

And yesterday I was talking to a buddy and he was asking me how I was doing on the Facebook dating app. I told him I made some connections, but overall didn't find the girls to be hot enough. The phone was listening because later that night I started getting swiped by hot chick after hot chick.

Started chatting with one last night and it could be perfect. She smoking hot body blonde. 42 years old, just got separated after 20+ year marriage. Yea, do the math on that. And she lives about 5 blocks away. She is 100% going to be looking to make up for lost time in the sex department and I aim to help her on that journey.

I got up to 215, maybe more summer before last. Then ran a fever and had the cold shakes for almost a week with no explanation from the doctor. Couldn't eat, or drink. Lost almost 30 pounds in short order. Have been fluctuating between 200 and 190 ever since. Could use another random illness to bring it down some more as I don't diet and outside of walking regularly, don't exercise. I have cut back on beer and sugar. So there's that. But not rum sugar.

Careful what you wish for. Started the flu diet early in the week. Been miserable.
