Anyone here ever been fat?

5'10" 240 and it took your daughter saying you were fat before you realized it? 🤔 I kid, I kid. That is awesome on the weight loss. I am currently around 245 at 6'0". Got down to 200 a couple years ago but then life got in the way and I gained it all back with a little interest. Gonna get back at it on Jan 1. Hoping to get down to around 180-185 ideally. When I was 200 I still had a decent gut. Now it just looks like I'm 9 months pregnant.

I knew I was chunky but her and my son overruled me lol.

My wife is on her way home bringing me Chinese (spelling?) food, then I am going to have another big piece of pecan pie with extra cool whip. We won't get out of here a live, so I am enjoying it. Running fast and going to slide into home plate. 💪

This is all your fault.

Really saddened me when I heard that. Owe so much to that legend. He was there to offer me inspirational words when I went on my first big diet, was hoping he’d be there to see me through the rest of this current big diet. I’m hereby declaring that I won’t stop till I’ve lost another 24 pounds which would put me at 190 on the dot.

I was 300. Down to 205 now. Hoping to get under 200 soon. I gave up bread, Coke/soda, and all sweets in January. Also picked tennis back up which I was really good at in high school. Now plays 4-5 times a week.

That's all it really comes down to. Americans are fat because they tend to eat (drink) way too much sugar.

I'm hovering around 200 now. Never been higher than that. I'd like to trim an inch or so off the waist, but I'm more focused on gaining/maintaining muscle.
