Another preseason top 25 list (NBC)

Not trying to be inflammatory, but no idea how UL made that list. I just don't see it. Maybe in a couple years, but not next season.

Agreed. Only way is if the rising sophomores make HUGE leaps. Mack will be an upgrade over Padgett, no question, but he's not going to transform them into an upper echelon team overnight. I see them more as a bubble team.

Losing Adel and more importantly Spalding are big losses. I think Mack will turn UL around but the starting talent base is gonna be rough.

I see KU at the top of these preseason lists but I just don't see it. Far too many question marks for me.

Yeah i think that’s why he has 5-6 months instead of 3 days before practice like Padgett.

I see it as a Lee and Lewis type team. Believe that was in 2016. We’re gonna be adding 1-2 guards and 1 down low from the grad transfer market. Coaches are trying to find the right fits. I like our chances on making the tournament. However, if we don’t have the #1 SOS next year, I’d like to see who tf does.

Several games we shouldve won but with a 32 year old first year coach it showed. I trust Mack. I agree there are some questions. However, everyone that was supposed to return did. We’re basically relying on the guys to fit into Mack’s system as expected and the grad transfer market. If both of those happen, we’re Top 25.

Guys like King and Nwora SHOULD, big should, thrive under Mack’s system because they’ll play their true position and it’s a free flowing offense. However, that obviously remains to be seen.

If 1 of those 2 happen, we’ll be bubble. If neither, we’re out. But I’d say the chances of it happening are greater than not.

However, 2019 should be the year where Louisville fans can expect good accomplishments. We’re recruiting well so far, but I expect to make the tourney next year at bare minimum.

So excited for LSU next year! Just hoping they accomplish whatever they are going to accomplish before the FBI closes in.

Really looking forward to seeing Waters play with some good players next year.

Michigan not in the top 5 is a criminal offense

but my question is where are super powers Indiana, Wisconsin and Purdue? after all by listening to the Wisconsin, Purdue and Indiana poster these 3 should be ranked 1-2 and 3 in every preseason polls

I still don’t know what the **** he was trying to say about Bolden in Duke’s writeup

He has Vanderbilt and Diallo gone as well. Neither has said anything. At the top he explains the asteriks.

DISCLAIMER: We don’t know about all of the NBA Draft decisions yet. Not even close. So if you see a * next to player’s name, it is because we are taking a guess — some more educated than others — on what he is going to be doing this spring.

So what's up with all these waiting so long to declare? There's only 12 days left but isn't if they announce after tonight then there is absolutely 0 intent on returning? Doesn't the NCAA rule HAVE to know tonight if you're just testing the waters or is that the 22nd as well?

Like what's going on with Wendell Carter Jr, Diallo, etc?

I have no idea about any dates, but not sure what difference it’d make. When Carter declares it's definitely not to test the waters

April 22 is the last day for early entry eligibility, and June 11 is the last day that college players who have entered early could withdraw and return to their school for another year.
