4 Nations hockey: USA vs Canada game thread

I doubt any of you hillbilly sister fvcking (or brother fvcking in @lurkeraspect84 ’s case) rednecks even know what the great sport of hockey is, but if you want to see something cool later tonight USA and Canada will meet in the first best on best meeting in 9 years. The best Canadian and USA players will battle it out tonight in Montreal at 8pm est on ABC.

Should be an amazing game.

USA vs Canada did not disappoint. 3 fights in the first 9 seconds followed by a great game and a USA victory.

2 more games today and then the championship on Thursday. USA has already clinched a spot in the title game.

unfortunately this is true. I think this is the 3rd time we've beaten them in the prelim and then lost when it mattered in the medal game.

For me the silver lining is that the Olympics are next year and this loss will serve as great motivation for the USA players.
