2018 ACC/B1G Challenege

****ing Florida State blowing a big lead to **** us out of winning the challenge.

Purdue and MSU's choke jobs screwed the B1G

Big Ten also won a lot of close games. If you take the games that came right down to the end, I say the Big Ten won 5 out of 8. ACC teams easily could have won any one of the 5 games listed below.

Big Ten Close Winners:
Nebraska 68, Clemson 66
Penn State 63, Virginia Tech 62
Iowa 69, Pittsburgh 68
Wisconsin 79, NC State 75
Rutgers 57, Miami 54

ACC Close Winners:
Louisville 82, Michigan State 78 (OT)
Notre Dame 76, Illinois 74
Florida State 73, Purdue 72

Coulda, woulda, shoulda. None of the games were blowouts minus UM, Syracuse, and Duke wins. As a Purdue fan, I'm pretty numb to the "could have won" phrase, because in the end the ACC didn't win those games and they didn't win the challenge.

Um.. okay? Isn't that the same as Purdue and MSU screwing the Big Ten for their flops? Yes, the Big Ten could have won the challenge 9-5... But a few buckets here and there, and the ACC could have won 10-4 just as easily.

I was simply countering your statement that Purdue and MSU may have lost it for the conference... ACC arguably had more blown opportunities. But yes, it was a tie. And that's fine. Lots of competitive/entertaining games. It was a neck-and-neck for the most part, so a tie seems about right.
