Another Panthers fan on the board!! Keep Pounding, brother.
As if the Gamecocks don't already run this board we have yet another elite Gamecock poster on the Hoops board.
This place is turning into tRant.
He UK bound
I think he looks fantastic in adidas
AKA the next Lebron
When your team loses you're like COCK roaches when the lights get turned on, you scatter.
I honestly doubt it.
If he leaves the state of South Carolina I think this is going to play a factor and you might be right.
IF he leaves? He's as good as gone, and he would loev amazing in a KU uni.
Honestly believe he goes to Clemson. Going to piss me off to no end.
I kind of thought he'd be a Duke lean.
Zion will follow Wiggs and Jackson. Heard it here
We have a guy on the Duke board saying he isn't leaving the state of South Carolina, he's said that much on the free board and a little more on premium. he posts here from time to time and has a connection to Zion so I'll let him elaborate if he wants to. I believe Zion grew up a Duke fan if that counts for anything.
I love you. ❤
Kennard grew up a UK fan so......
I grew up a neil armstrong fan but don't expect to see me in space.
Kind of my point. Considering the egg he laid against UK last year he might still be.
Zion really likes UK from what I've heard.
No offense but that's all UK fans ever hear.
Well considering it was reported today that his top 3 is Kansas, duke, and South Carolina I doubt it. That's publicly. Privately he's a Cola bound
Yeah, silly UK fans. No way any top recruits could like UK.
Will there be a "what can Zion do besides dunk" thread?
Lighten up Francis.
I believe he stays home. He's gone after 1 year, prolly could care less about college. Why leave home?
Idk about anyone else but if I were a top 5* recruit and gone after 1 year, I wouldnt be leaving my home state. Either that or I would go somewhere that isnt big in Basketball like Fultz and Simmons did.
Maybe, or maybe he doesn't like losing.
That's unfortunate for him that he's in that state.
Im in Kentucky, so my choice would be easy haha.
Morehead has a helluva program.
So was Wiggins which is still a work in progress he is good but not lebron good. As for Zion, he Is a prototype of Jamal mashburn easily. He will be a very good player, but calling him the next lebron is asinine.
in the end my money would be on him playing at UK, UNC, Duke or KU
the kid is going to play one year
why not play where you have a chance to win a championship
Have posted it on numerous boards he played for my son in the summer and it highly unlikely that he leaves SC.He grew up as a Duke fan fan but that goes not mean he is going there as had been pointed out by many other posters.I have been surprised by the decision made by many of my players in the past and would love to eat some crow on this one
I hope you are right, but won't hold my breath. I do see the allure of one and dones going to non blue bloods. Zion would be a legend at South Carolina/Clemson if he won a championship while just another name at Duke, UNC, UK, and KU.
Win a championship? At USCe?
He should probabaly ask guys like Fultz and Simmons how it works out when you go play for a program like that.
He's obviously talking about an SEC championship, you know a special Olympic gold medal.
Are you seriously comparing Frank Martin to the likes of Johnny Jones? While we are no world beaters, Martin inherited perhaps on of the worst P5 teams in history and the gamecocks are now tourney bound for the first time in over a decade. Hate all you want, but with a player like Zion he could certainly pull it off with what he is already building.
So, a national title? I was correct. Sadly.
