Disagree. We are a circle of friends who have conversed for many years. If actors limited their opinions to home gatherings or private parties, it would be the same.
I don’t know about that. Rivals is just as public as any media outlet, anyone who wants to read it can, and you’re all putting your politics on display. I think the bigger difference is that people’s responses are equally public, not buried in a comments section.
Perhaps people care about what celebrities say for the same reason that they care about what Rivals posters have to say. Because either they agree with it and they feel that their opinion is validated, or they dont’, and then they can bitch about it and insult them.
Only the ones I actually know of through their movies. Just to see what their opinion is. I don't have to like it.
I kinda know already who agrees with my opinions on things. Just kinda know without their saying. It takes one to know one, ya know?
