Wife out of town for the weekend so I'm shampooing the carpets and a couple of pieces of furniture (that's what y'all would do, right?). Will hang around the house today listening to Christmas music and having football on mute. Tonight, I'll build a fire outside, watch football on my tablet, drink bourbon and smoke a cigar.

Hanging with the kids, heading out by myself to shop (not really Christmas related). Then gonna watch Home Alone with my 5 year old for the first time.

go test drive a 2018 VW Golf GTI manual transmission then go for a motorcycle ride when the temp warms up a bit..unless I buy the GTI..one way or another I will be banging thru some gears for an adrenaline rush today..who knows, maybe the wife will be in the mood and I'll be pulling off the trifecta of banging things

Finish building my wife’s fatbike for the winter. Shovel off the decks and steps. Change the oil in the snowblower. I think that covers it?

About 1,000 women are in Bath n Bodyworks fighting over all the $2.50 lotion on sale, usually that lotion goes for 10 dollars apiece.

Great place to meet women, im the only guy in here.

Beautiful and sunny today. Got an afternoon tee time at the Nicklaus Club at Pasadera. I’ve never played that course, but I went to a food and wine snob event there on Thursday, and there was a complimentary round of golf for two in the little swag bags they gave us when we left, I’ve got three of those things since my wife and her friend aren’t gonna use theirs. Not bad considering we went to the “Catalina Wine Mixer” for free.

Cooked breakfast for my son, kissed my beautiful wife, then went skiing for a bit in the morning. Probably make a fire and slide into a solid afternoon of Army-Navy/Clemson Basketball and tie some flies. Mix in a few drinks along the way. We’ll watch the Heisman as well. Think Tua has it locked up (as he should) due to the bush league voting, but will watch none the less.

Ha, like I said women LOVE THAT PLACE. There is a huge national sale going on so you can scoop up some deals. I got 2 gift cards when I was in there earlier. The candles and lotions especially are priced cheap.

I might actually think about drinking today which I rarely do anymore.

Already got my workout in and the rest of my day is free so I don't have to drive anywhere.....might have to indulge.

Maybe a few Long Island Ice Teas.

Nice, I went xmas shopping today and got my two puppies their gifts. There is a brand of dog treats called "Dream Bones" where unlike most dog treats these are HEALTHY for them, its not raw hide based.

Just put them in their stocking I have put up.......YES MY DOGS HAVE STOCKINGS NEXT TO MY TREE.

Maybe other dog owners dont but I do.

Just dropped my car off at the dealership to have a recall part replaced and now heading to load gear into the club we’re playing tonight. That way we can take an Uber and have some fun this evening. Gonna grab lunch after load in and catch the second half of the Army/Navy game. Raining today which sucks because it turns the snow into an ice rink. Get well @sheluvsbama!

    Dogs are smart AF.

Years back at work a dog was scratching at my back door at work trying to get attention, I opened the door and met him. He was barking and pointing toward the area around my building.

I go with him as he led me.

Behind my work building there is a wall between a fence and another dog was trapped there and couldn't get out, head stuck in between.

This other dog tracked me down to help his brother. He knew his brother was in trouble and needed help.

We cut the fence and freed the dog(german shepherd)

The owner of both were happy I found them. Read the tag and took them home.

That one dog who Initially saw me got help got his brother. ......he did it. Dogs are smart that's the damn proof.
