We want Gonzaga

What's up with Big 10 scheduling? I just noticed the whole conference is about to play 2 conference games starting this weekend then back OOC for 4 games. That's just weird.

ACC is supposed to start conference play next year during the 1st weekend.... that’s really weird.

Sounds like it's just one game for each team. Duke starts the season off with Kansas next year, would be cool (but brutal) to play Kansas, conference game, then a preseason tournament.
Ya it is just one game. Why not start the ACC season around Christmas time? Seems odd to play one game in November & then wait till January to play another.
Also, with 15 teams does Dook get out of it every year because of the champions classic?

Yeah, I hate it, but it was needed. It's not out of the realm of possibility for 1 team to play the bottom 3 teams home and home, but only have to play the top 3 teams at home.
IU certainly got a break. Open with Northwestern(home), PSU(away) and Illinois(home). If this team is what some think, IU hsould be(better be) 3-0 heading into Ann Arbor.

I’m still wondering if having 14 of the 15 ACC teams play an early conference game in November could eventually have an effect on the Duke/UNC games in February and March. Would they eventually play one of the games in November because of rotating games from season to season so that every team plays an early conference game. If that were to happen it would suck not having Duke and UNC play both of their games in February and March like it’s always been. The article did mention that Duke could possibly get a bye because of playing in the Champions Classic but would they get the bye every season because of playing in the Champions Classic? If that were to be the case then I expect that there will be a lot of complaining from the rest of the ACC that they have to play an early season conference game but Duke doesn’t.

That is what I would do but I doubt it if they're doing it for ratings (which seems to be the case).

They're not ****ing with those games.

Having an odd number of teams in a conference is dumb. ACC should tell ND to kick rocks since they don't get a piece of that football revenue.

I think Michigan is Top 4-5 at this point

When the offense is clicking like last night I buy that. The offense isn’t going to hum game in and game out so I don’t feel comfortable calling them a top 5 team. The way our defense is playing though, we have a pretty solid floor. Defenses don’t go cold. Top 10-15 and a 2-4 seed.

I hope not because it would be a shame if one of those games were no longer played in February or March
