Are we the only sport that plays with different balls depending on where we play?
Shouldn't everyone use just one ball?
Shouldn't everyone use just one ball?
I seen a study about this a couple years ago and it showed that different balls did react differently to the rim and backboard. Would it have changed the outcome of any last nights games if a different ball was used? Who knows, but it is a change point and seems like we would always use a a standard ball for all games. On the flip side, the other teams could have been practicing with the ball that would be used in the classic the same as ky did. Nah, scratch that, ya'll cheated!
I wouldn't say nuts. I thought Duke would win, but never thought for a second it would be easy or stress free.
It's nuts we won. Not really if you take in history but according to talking heads, it's nuts we won.
