Will you guys label me a homer if I think it’s ridiculous to have Kentucky below Arkansas or Duke?
I think Arkansas's roster looks as good as any right now. Whether Calipari does anything with it is another issue. Duke should probably be lower as of now.
Biggest issue I have with this is Texas Tech should be top 20 and probably top 10.
Duke is too high. Maybe fringe top-10. I think we're likely to land Cedric Coward or Dame Sarr, so we might be a borderline top 5 team if that does happen.
With the loss of Drake Powell, I'd say Carolina is probably too high, as well.

If Tech gets Darrion Williams back I'd assume they'll be top 10. Probably higher.
