I watch as much as I can. I generally watch some, and sometimes a lot, of all the tournaments each weekend though.

I watched as much as I could today and will the next 3 days as well. Might try to get a round in this weekend.

I try every weekend, haha. Have a tee time Saturday but think we will get rained out. Pretty pissed off about it.

Damn he is struggling with short putts. Has missed at least 4-5 of those. Yet has made 5 from 20+ feet. Damn.

I must be the only one whose not a big Tiger Fan. Can’t believe his short putting game has cost him so much. 5 tied at -7, next two days are gonna set up a dramatic finish.

I'm not a fan either. I like him more than I used to though. However, him being in contention is great for golf.

It really has. He could easily have a 4/5 shot lead. If he straightens that out---He'll win.

I like Tiger. Made some bad decisions. We all have. Hell, we'd maybe have more(bad decisions) if we had the loot he has.

But as you said---like him or not, he is good for golf. Short putting today was just brutal...He was someting like 1-6 on putts from 10' or less. Knock those down, and dude is running away from the field.

I don’t care about his decisions. I just never cared for his attitude and personality. I like both of those aspects more than I used to though.

even if he's just 3 for 6 on those putts he would be the 36 hole leader by a stroke.

Regardless TV ratings on Sunday will be off the charts if Tiger puts together a great 3rd Round.

If he is leading? Oh, my. But even if in contention, TV ratings will be remarkable.

But if leading? Damn.

Yeah, if Tiger was putting like he was in his prime, this thing would be close to over. As Faldo was speculating, it looks to be a setup issue whuch can be corrected. With his back injury history, he just can't practice as much as he used to.

Every other part of his game looks good though. He looks comfortable with a driver in his hand after some early season accuracy issues. His iron play has been phenomenal. Without looking, he has to be near the top in GIR. That recovery shot on 11 was one of the shots of the tourney. He had no business getting a birdie from where he was off the tee.

This Tiger is more likeable than the old Tiger. He is good for golf, but I still can't root for him.

For all his accomplishments, and he’s the best of our time, they showed the stat that he’s never won when trailing in a major after the 3rd round.
That’s as big as never losing the lead.

I DVR and watch it at night when I can’t watch through the day. Best golf tourney of the year!

its not just Tiger that is missing short putt's it must be contagious out there,

Augusta's greens are what makes it difficult. TV doesn't do them justice. Placement is crucial on approach shots. False fronts, 10 is the worst, dips in the greens, 8 has a huge one. 18 is a nightmare. If you play texas style golf, you're not going to score well. High approach shots are required. On the plus side, no real rough, fairways are wide and immaculate.

Jack Nichalus is the best in our time. Not even close.
Jack William Nicklaus (born January 21, 1940), nicknamed The Golden Bear, is a retired American professional golfer. Many observers regard him as the greatest golfer of all time. During a span of more than 25 years, he won a record 18 major championships.

The whole course is so gorgeous but yeah, the greens are absurd. The undulations and slopes are nuts. Plus, there are not really flat lies on the entire course so the skill it takes to makes shots there is ridiculous. It's an awesome place though.

You've been there. Very surreal walking there. Its something everyone should experience that appreciates golf.

Yeah, it’s pretty amazing. When people say there is not one blade of grass out of place they are being pretty literal.

Also, the thing I noticed most is that TV doesn’t do all the elevation justice. The course is hilly as hell. Walking around all day there is exhausting.

Yep, walking up 10 from green to tee wore my ass out.

its not referred to as a Stadium golf course, not only is the golf course set up to challenge the golfers but it is set up for the fans.
the Masters does not set up their course to embarress the golfers like the US open does.

not sure how accurate the reports are about the green were changed and Tiger has had a chance to play on them

Tiger 2 bogey and 2 birdies and is 1 shot off the lead.
