But would be more accurate to look at freshman production than whether or not the player goes pro after the season if we are doing any type of qualitative analysis.
In which case, you add Jeremy Lamb (UConn), Tyler Zeller (09 UNC), and could even add Cole Aldrich from 2008 KU, Montrezl Harrel (13 Louisville). And there are probably a few more. It's all way too subjective to be honest.
Plenty of others, but other than the ones you mentioned and Duke I can’t think of any other freshmen driven teams. Then again, Duke and Kentucky are kind of the only two contenders who really have freshmen driven teams

I am not exactly sure what you are saying in your last paragraph...Aldrich played two years at KU.
I do not believe there is one path to a championship, though I do think a starting 5 that is mostly OAD would need to be extreme elite talent to likely win and that is pretty unlikely. I mean there are a lot of years that the most talented/best team does not win the title so this is not a clear indictment of the OAD model...I just think having a starting 5 dominated by OAD is a difficult way to sustain success.
Selfishly I prefer the multi year player but I suppose if a few OAD brought home a championship I would like them just fine.
Aldrich was a freshman in 08. My point is, it's hard to make blanket statements about freshman. Anthony Davis != Archie Goodwin, for example, but both were one and done and talent between them was huge. So, comparing them as equal is a pretty glaring generalization.
I can’t for the life of me figure out why you have as many posts as you have, and yet as few likes as you have.
Jackson and Wiggins are both pretty solid NBA players, Andrew especially. Oubre was pretty decent for a while but I'm not sure now. Not that it matters. Being good in the NBA has little to do with where you go to school. That has always been a kind of silly premise.
All three Kansas guys are very legit----and I think at least two of the dukes guys are set to make a jump--maybe three if they can get the minutes to do it. All six are very talented guys
All the UK players seem to be pretty good. I mean hell... even busts like Andrew Harrison started 45 games this year. Skal is solidly in an NBA rotation. Baffles me kids choose to go anywhere else...

He's playing for someone called the SeaHorses???Better check out Josh Jackson. He’s been ballin. Scored 36 the other night. He took about half a season to adjust and turn it on at KU and did the same in the NBA. But he has been playing well. He will have a solid career.

It always makes me laugh when people say shit like this. Do you really think one year with ANY coach is going impact how successful they are in the NBA? Those guys aren’t good because of Calipari any more than Embiid is good because of Self. Self didn’t make Embiid tall and skilled, that’s just talent. Calipari didn’t give Davis skill and 8’ arms, that’s just natural talent. One year of coaching isn’t going to do shit for their long-term NBA prospects.
You miss on some and others become great. It’s a roll of the dice sometimes. Calipari has a ton of guys like that in the NBA because he has recruited far more 1 and dones than anybody else.

Of course I get "into it" with UK fans more than others. I live on the Kentucky/Indiana border genius. Grew up with the IU/UK rivalry. Half my family is UK fans. Plus, you guys are easy targets. The game for some of you is life and death. But "set me off"? No, no....Its a game. I dislike Purdue 100x's more than UK. But they don't have the history. So arguing with them isn't any fun.

Memorize what? I googled most of it. Its not hard to figure out those guys have sucked ass. Monk is an easy one.........So was Briscoe. The others, I had to look. MOF, had to look to see where they played. The names were easy. The whereabouts not so much.
