Does the Committee just have the four possible scenarios played out and where each team goes depending on results, or have the already placed teams and the games won’t affect anything?

Would seem if TN wins, they’re a 1 and UNC is a 2. Vice versa if they lose, but are regions already set and they just switch the two based on the SECCG?
