To be fair, he got hot while Calipari was in the game. I'm glad the assistants didn't mess that up.
...speaking of which. I get Fletchers frustrations. Not in a sense of his lack of playing time, but the catering Cal does with his high ranked recruits.

He's been injured. Ankle injury. He played the last game with it, but sat out this one.
Makes sense. He seemed off our game but I didn’t know he had been nursing injury.

I’ve been critical of Allen, but he flat out proved me wrong tonight. So I’ll take the crow well done. Once again glad he didn’t play against us.

If his D ever catches close to his O...And he's not bad on D. I watched him everytime on the D end.
Probably wouldn’t be the case if one in particular didn’t have an affinity for calling people fair weather fans..........then disappears when the rain hits Lexington.
Yes, I almost wrote out my take again but decided it was beating a dead horse at some point.
I’ll never be convinced he would have won had he not been committed to UK. And it’s that bias that I dislike, not Allen personally or his game. He’ll I never even saw him in HS, and conceded that he was likely rated the best prospect in the state for a reason, I just didn’t feel like anyone playing less than half a season, way before any of the Postseason, deserves to win.

Congrats on realizing mistakes. I found as I grow older, I was wrong on a lot of stuff.
I’m not quite ready to concede I was wrong about Mr Basketball lmao, but was very much wrong on the “he’s not playing for a reason” crowd after watching him cough it up over and over vs Gtech. I was definitely wrong on that. His shot alone should have him on the court some. Esp when the ones playing over him have been awful from deep so far.

I'm as down on this team as anyone in our fanbase. Especially Cal. And I've said repeatedly we will not make it.
That being said, when it comes to putting down money....the SECT is being played still as far as I know.. UK definitely has very good chance to run that and get an autobid.
Yeah, UK always has a chance to win the SECT.
As for 71, UNC has only hit that number like 6 times this year. Used to be Roy's teams scored that in their worst games.
