Did this investigation actually uncover some evidence, or was it entirely hearsay and innuendo too?
I think it said Penny was using a currency printing press he stole from the The Bureau of Engraving and Printing.

Penny's career is just getting started and dude is probably about to get hit with a 3 year show-cause. 😆 This cocky ass response to the NOA by Memphis certainly won't help. "The case presents alleged infractions involving the University of Memphis (redacted) that are overcharged and combined with non-violations, accusations involving a separate sport (football) that has not been charged, information UM self-reported and pandemic-related events over which the parties had no control," it said. "The facts do not demonstrate a lack of institutional control, a failure to monitor, a failure to cooperate or a lack of (redacted) responsibility."

Can someone educate me as to why it is legal for college football players to get paid millions of dollars now but on the flip side Memphis basketball is getting taken down for providing moving expenses?
