Ignore the overseas guys like Mudiay and Porzingis and assume all the college eligible guys leave this is my list

    1. D'Angelo Russell
    2. Jahlil Okafor
    3. Karl Towns (highest ceiling but I think he's pretty risky)
    4. Stanley Johnson
    5. Myles Turner
    6. Justice Winslow
    7. WCS
    8. Looney- I know he is super raw, but huge ceiling
    9. Devin Booker
    10. Tyus Jones-Oubre- Jones is going to be a pretty poor defender at next level and isn't going to be a high volume scorer but I love his game on offensive end, he makes great decisions, shoots it well, and can handle the ball. He will be a good offensive player

    1. Okafor
    2. Towns
    3. Johnson
    4. WCS - I feel like he is a pretty sure thing. Pick and roll/defensive big man. Tyson Chandler esque.
    5. Russell - not athletic enough to be a sure thing...i think he's more risky than anybody i have ahead of him
    6. Winslow - you could probably talk me into putting him ahead of russell...i would have earlier in the season

from there on...i have no idea
