This is a topic that requires an outsider looking in; if/when you watch a UK home game, what is your perception on crowd involvement/noise level? There are those UK fans that say “it’s like a library.” vs those who say “it’s 23,000 people . . . hard to keep up that level of intensity up for the entire game and every opponent”. Others say “buy a ticket and come change it”.

Is it comparable to other teams’ fans or worse?

What do you see/hear when you watch a game at Rupp?
Rednecks/mouthbreathers. Winking

It's good. It isn't always great. Sometimes it is of course. It gets loud when they are on a run, which is expected. They boo the officials a lot.

Rupp Arena is cavernous. That is a lot of cubic space to be filled with noise to the point it overcomes the microphones design of mainly picking up the voice of the announcer.
