Post your predicting starting lineup

Tough call. I think it will end up being:

Braden Smith
Gicarri Harris
Fletcher Loyer
Trey Kaufmann-Renn
Daniel Jacobsen

Myles Colvin and Camden Heide could end up starting in place of the two freshmen but Painter really likes having 2 primary ballhandlers and I think Purdue is going to need Jacobsen's interior defense. I'm not sure it matters though because I'm not sure anyone other than Smith will end up averaging more than 24 minutes. This projects to be Purdue's deepest team ever.

DePaul: no idea so I'll just list 5 of our most famous alumni from our impressive theater program:

Gillian Anderson
Michael Rooker
John C Reilly
Joe Mantegna
Elizabeth Perkins

6th man: Sean Gunn
I'm more familiar with your team than I am with my own.

We likely go 10 deep this year and play a lot of people in different rotations.

These guys will play a lot...

Federico Federico - C
Kerwin Walton - SG
Christian Anderson - PG
Kevin Overton - SG

You agree? Some fans have Oweh or Kerr starting. But that’s just my best guess.
I can see it going either way. Oweh and Kerr both will get plenty of minutes if they don't start, similar to the Wagner/Edwards and Sheppard/Dilly rotations last year. But mainly I just wanted to drop my Platoon gif in there. 😂

Part of me sees Perry or Noah working their way to 7th man because they are such good shooters... defense obviously a huge question mark on both.

That is who I have. Butler is the X factor. I think Kriisa is cheeks

I know he can shoot but he’s not nearly the defender Butler is. I worry we don’t have a true playmaker at that spot. I think this team will move the ball well enough where we may not need one a ton. But still, valid concern.

I don't think Pope teams really rely on playmaking from the PG spot.

Louisville:

Starters

PG Chucky Hepburn
SG Terrence Edwards Jr.
SF J'vonne Hadley
PF Kasean Pryor
C James Scott

Bench:
PG Koren Johnson
SG Reyne Smith
SF Aboubacar Traore/Khani Rooths
PF Noah Waterman
C Frank Anselem-Ibe

I expect big things from Pryor, Edwards, and Hepburn. Reyne Smith is a 3 point sniper, and Traore and Rooths are extremely athletic.
After watching our summer Bahama games, this team will be very very underrated. I see us in the top 25 midway through the season. This team is extremely experienced with a lot of talent.

Mark Sears
Labaron Philon
Lattrell Wrightsell
Derion Ried (Grant Nelson out for now)
Clifford Omoryui

I like how long our team is.

Tyrese Proctor, 6'6
Caleb Foster, 6'5
Kon Knueppel, 6'7
Cooper Flagg, 6'9
Khaman Maluach, 7'2

We are going to slay.
