Might be a little rough for Clemson this year. Losing top two hitters in Seth Beer and Chris Williams. Top pitcher is out for the season. Two freshman in the weekend rotation to start the season.

But a lot of freshman with upside.

FSU about to dunk on some nerds from Maine today. Followed by a CWS run in MM’s last year like a got damn storybook.

Hook'em! See if we can build off of the CWS appearance and get back to glory. Big hole to fill with Kody Clemens in the minors now. My one step daughter and I can watch together on LHN.

I plan to catch more Tulane games this year. Also getting anxious for Babycakes’ final season here.

Letting a foul ball drop between 3 players for the 3rd out to win the CWS, will be forever engrained in the lamentation of Arkansas Baseball.:(:(:(

Baseball is in the air. Though more than likely another sub 500 year for ND. Last year ND opened the season by taking a series vs LSU. It was mostly down hill from there.

ND held Pat with Aoki who has been to be kind, not that good. Playing in the ACC doesn't help much either.

That was crazy. After that Oregon State just turned it on. You can’t give great teams a reprieve - they will take advantage of it.

What Pat Casey has done at Oregon State is so impressive.

LSU has its best "power arms" since Mainieri took over. Everyone knows Hess can crank it up but they have 4 more who can hit the mid 90's.

If LSU "BaseBall Tigers" can't win it I would like to see him go out a winner.

Louisville starts a 3 game series in Lakeland, FL. against what is expected to be a pretty good UCONN team. I saw they were 20th in one poll. Anyway, the Cards are thought to be pretty good this year. It's a balanced squad of experienced upperclassmen and highly touted underclassmen. Here's to a fun, injury free season.

Erstad needs to make some damn noise this year. His teams have been stuck in neutral since his arrival.

We lost soooooooooooooo much talent, but we still have most of our pitchers and the biggest stud catcher in all of college. We will see how the new talent is around the infield and outfield. Also, new coach, haha.

I said it before, but the second that foul ball hit the ground, I know Oregon State was gonna win the CWS. Baseball is just too unforgiving of a sport to allow something like that.

Lol, my brother had to find a college baseball team to cheer for since Wisconsin doesn't have one. He chose Arizona due to them having Trevor Crowe on the team and his name being Trevor.

Oregon State doesn't like to do things the easy way. It looked like we were gonna lose our opener, but New Mexico had a 9th inning meltdown and gave us the game.

Texas will be interesting this year.
    Think we will struggle early.
Losing Hamilton to injury really hurts.
But....this should be the final year Texas starts slow and finishes strong.

Might make the trip over to Lafayette on Sunday.
UL has one of the better game atmospheres in college baseball. Love to see UT play there

picture in the Razorback dugout pretty much confirmed your analysis. I had the very same thought when I saw the play. never give a good team an opportunity - they will exploit your mistakes.

Louisiana played tough tonight. They will be good this year.
Hopefully Texas can take another tomorrow.

Good to see freshman SS Bryce Reagen get the big hit in the 10th to put some pressure on the pitcher.
Think by June....he will be moved up in the order and will rake.
