5 months ago yesterday.
Currently up to 4 miles a day, 4 days a week. MyfitnessPal has been a great help. I have my diet down to a science now. I've went vegan over the past few months and had to get Protein from Whey shakes.
I have zero meat and MFP says 2300k of salt is ok. I'm at 1400. It also says 400 cholesterol is ok. I'm at 40. No caffeine,no alcohol, no added salt, no added sugar.
I don't recommend it to anyone, but it's working for me.
