I usually couldn't give a shit about celebrity deaths.

Stephen Hawking passing legitimately feels like a big deal.

Though I suppose considering he had ALS we were lucky to have him as long as we did.

Unfortunately we live in a world where Kim Kardashian dying would be considered a bigger deal. Because most of the world's population is very stupid, unlike Hawking. RIP.

Dude went out as a gangster though. Just last week he came out with theory of space-time existence pre-big bang. That's an astrophysicist mic drop right there.

He died on Albert Einstein's birthday.

For anyone that hasn't seen it, you should watch the movie "The Theory of Everything". It's a 2014 movie about Hawking set at Cambridge, adapted from the book his first wife wrote.
