Maybe I'm biased. Emerald Triangle claims the best weed, but Id put thesians against anyone.
I tie these together due Netflix saying "Murder Mountain" and Appalachian has multiple mineshafts.
...taking all these running laps, I'll be mentally prepared to take on UL fans.
Billions has been solid, as usual.
Of course Axelrod asks Chuck to go after Taylor then to find out Taylor was nice to Wendy. Unknowing, Wendy calls Taylor to meet. I would watch Wendy and Taylor scissor.
Anyone watch Jeopardy? This guy has won 1.2 M in 16 days. He's a young guy who is a professional sports gambler and has been pantsed twice in the past week.
Edit: In today's version of "Did you know?", it's possible to win over $500,000 in a single game of Jeopardy. The current champion has set the all time single day record with $110,914.
Uhhh... ****ing Endgame?!
That movie was fantastic. Rarely left a movie feeling like they pulled it off... that one did, a few hiccups notwithstanding, in spades
SERIOUSLY?! No Avengers watchers here?!
Fine; GoT... kind of sucking a bit at the end, here?
Any PC gamers? And if so do you play Escape from Tarkov?
Tacoma FD is a guilty pleasure. It's got a couple of guys from Super Troopers and it's meh like it. The Uncensored versions does make it better.
I'm aware I might get mocked for posting this.
Jeff Ross's Historical roast made me think of greatest hits. instead, he's roasting historical figures.
anyone watching historical roast>
no? You should be.
Billions is so good.
I told my wife three weeks ago that Chuck was planning that.
i like the way next season is heading. Getting back to the roots of the show.
OP sucks at video games
Agreed, they shouldn't be allies. As long as Taylor doesn't win in the end.
Any E3 geeks? Freaking Doom looks insane, as does Cyperpunk.
40 minutes is entirely too long for an episode of press your luck.
Total nerd post, anyone seen the new Godzilla movie?
I have loved that dude since I was three years old. Bought tickets a month in advance and have seen the movie three times in theaters.
I promise I've had sex before
Finally finished Red Dead Redemption 2. Although the game says I still have 10% to go so I must've missed some things along the way. Game took me a solid 8 months since I've been playing it since release date. I did take a month off during the height of college basketball season, but other than that I've been at it pretty consistently.
Great game overall, but I just wish there was more gun variety and incentive to use more weapons. I pretty much stuck with the same 2-3 guns the entire game.
Now trying to decide if I want to keep playing and try and get that extra 10% or if it's time to move on, Next up for me would be Far Cry New Dawn and maybe the DLC for Spider-Man. Biding my team till the new Borderlands game comes out in September.
I recently just made it to Chapter 5. I play about an hour or two a week.
Its going to be 2021 by the time you finish!
Probably, haha. I wish i had more time, and there's been many late nights, I just had to quit, and some storylines are hard to stop. I've not had this much fun playing a game in a while.
Maybe RDR3 will be out by the time I finish.
It becomes somewhat of a grind in places, and I really hate the repetitive Dutch dialog but its a fantastic game overall. I am waiting on it to drop to PC before I play again
Does Minilla make a come back in it?
Nope, it’s a really good movie though if you somewhat enjoy the big guy. Btw, that is my least favorite Godzilla of all time. He looks like a mutated frog
Does the new movie atleast bring back the twin fairy nymphs who speak directly with Mothra?
Not exactly like they were in the older movies, but there are twin Asian chicks that are directly tied to her
Those movies were so strange, it was great. My oldest son loves the old monster movies.
If you like sci-fi and apocalyptic movies, I Am Mother on Netflix is one of the best I’ve seen in awhile.
My wife is watching it right now.
New season of Succession aired last night, and I for one, love it.
I just bought the complete library of Godzilla movies at a flea market. They're gloriously bad, but great at the same time. I won't watch them again so maybe in the future, somehow/someway, I can pass them along.
Edit: It might not be the complete collection, I have and ready to give away;
Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah
Godzilla and Mothra The Battle for Earth
Godzilla Planet Of The Monsters
Godzilla The Planet Eater
Godzilla vs Biollante
Godzilla vs Gigan
Godzilla vs Hedorah
Godzilla King of the Monsters
I wonder how many here remember this;
Now this is a good new series...
We're 3 episodes deep in it and it's one of "those" which the wife don't want me to watch w/o her. I work ~50hrs a week and she's ~70. We rarely get time together to watch shows, but cant wait to finish that series.
nice avatar btw.
I think it’s the fourth episode that has the plane hijacking scene. That’s a treat.
I think the writing quality dips a little in the last few episodes, but still a great season overall.
I always loved that as a kid.
It usually meant something good was about to come on.
Yup. Those movie channels are all a shell of what they were. We only had HBO for GoT and canceled shortly after that ended. I have YouTubeTV and they gave us Showtime for the whole summer for free. I have not watched it once, its complete crap.
