OT: I love Gunsmoke and Wagon Train...

Love old western shows....I sit up every night, till around 1am, watching Gunsmoke, Wagon Train, Bonanza......
Rinse and repeat------Well except during the NCAAT...But as soon as that last game is over----Yep, Gunsmoke time....I swear, you'd tihnk our TV only has about 6 channels....
Just curious . . . What specifically do you like about it? Both my FILs watch westerns all day long.
For me, it's simple and the old acting and stage sets are kinda interesting. Also, the stars in their early stages, like Lee Van Cleef, Dennis Hopper, etc.....you never know who is gonna pop up.
As for the Rifleman, I like the rifle he uses and I think it's interesting that he doesnt use a sidearm. It's kinda funny too.
Rifleman, Have Gun will Travel, Wagon Train, Bonanza, Maverick, Sky King, the list goes on lol...
