Last summer Louisville and Indiana agreed to a three year deal to play one another in football, a neutral game and a home and home. Now Indiana is wanting to pay 1 million a game to opt out? Wtf

🐓 💩Did they explain their reason for the opt out?
Why would Indiana football want to pay that much to not play someone? Seems like a weird decision for a football program that isn't very relevant.
That's why they scheduled Louisville in the first place.I believe that they are going to be scheduling 4sure non conference wins.
Yep, when we had Satterfield. That's why they scheduled Louisville in the first place.
Rocky, did you know y'all picked up commitments from 4 & 5 star recruits for your 24' class? Congrats!Yep, when we had Satterfield.
Haven't seen anything about it. My guess would be expansion----A 9 game B10 schedule. IU is slated to open with OSU, then games vs Indiana State, Louisville and Akron. SO maybe with the expanded schedule, expansion as well, IU felt they needed an easier OOC? That or they remembered how Brohm beat us like a stepchild while at Purdue?
