I could easily see John Groce at 10, if that's the list.

247 is the worst at rating BB players, ESPN is still the best, even Rivals puts 247 to shame.

now 247 FB is pretty good [main] their composite is to easy to be affected by 1 bad rating on a particular site.

but hey keep posting the site that gives the worst ratings. lets see how they do over the 4 years of their careers.

I will take 1st Teamers out of Illinois class 4A which is the largest class. 1st Teamers out of Indiana 4A the states largest class.

the Twins played against multiple top 100 4* out playing them. leading DME to victories over #1 nationally ranked IMG Post GS Academy, #7 nationally ranked Montverde Post GS Academy and #9 Woodstock Post GS Academy.

at the end of the season DME Post GS Academy was invited to the National Post GS Academy Sweet 16 Tournament the 1st time in the schools history all because of the Twins as their coach stated they were the BEST players on their team. Keegan was named the Most Outstanding Player of the National Academy Invitational.

Kris won DME's 3 point shooting invitational.

what hurt their defense was they were giving up to many offensive rebounds allowing to many 2nd chance points. this year the goal is to cut down on giving up offensive rebounds. doing this will improve their defensive #'s.

this is what the teams between 2012 thru the 2015-16 season were very good at. Marble on the wing, White at the 4 and Woodbury at the 5 made that group so good at rebounding.

this year it will be up to Garza, Wieskamp and whoever plays the 4 to get those rebounds with the guards going after the long rebounds.

rebounding is the key to a good to great defense. Iowa was 75th in rpg and 127th in defensive rebounding. buff said about last years defense that reached as high as 76th.
adding 7'0 Nunge, 6'9 Patrick,6'9 Keegan and 6'8 Kris will go a long way to improving their defense.

the only time the BB Program was a joke was from 1999 thru 2010

since then it has been getting better, 1977 thru 1998 they were a regular NCAAT team. making the FF, Elite 8 and multiple Sweet 16's. even Davis went 9-0 in 1st rnd games had 1 Elite 8 and 2 Sweet 16's plus was run off the year he guided Iowa to its last Sweet 16. over 20 years ago.

    with 2 FR starters
    2 SO starters
    1 JR starter
that made them a very young team vs this years team
    SO PG Toussaint
    RSSR SG Jordan
    JR WG Wieskamp
    RSJR WG Connor
    SR C Garza
    with these off the bench
    SG RSSO Fredric
    F/C RSSO Nunge
    F RSFR Patrick

then the true FR as needed. Fran has now had success with a short rotation and will do it more often going forward.

me I am hoping that at least Perkins RS's because he is the 3rd option at the 2 and would put a couple years between him and Fredrick.

@jwardelt found this tidbit being talked about. they are comparing Graham to Marble. if this is close to being accurate, he would be a very good pickup plus he is 6'8 vs Marble who was 6'6. he has a very solid list of offers.

to get him out of all the offers is a good thing, don't care about the stars.
this one is about who has offered as that is the true measure of how good a player is.

    Priceless!!!

P.S. Proceed researching and posting Garza’s stats vs St Bonaventure and Quinnepiac.

Oturo is far better than your player and even he couldn't stop Garza,

in BT play he avg 26.4 ppg and 10.9 rpg. going up against these
    Oturo
    Stevens
    your savior
    Teske

being constantly DBL or TRIPLE TEAMED in BT play. that's why and how was a 1st Team, 1st AA Team AA Plus the BT POY.

this while Iowa was with out 2 starters. this season they will be back, so Cocburn will have to go 1 on 1 with Garza. even the Illinois 78-76 win on Illinois home court these were Garza's stats
    28 points
    8 rebounds
    2 assists
    2 blocks
    1 TO
    4 Fouls
while being triple teamed by the great Illinois led by Cockburn. yes he made his brags about knowing how to stop Garza because he knew Graza's move. this year Luka has been working on 2 more moves around the basket, extending his 3 point range, passing out to the perimeter and his FT shooting as he avg'd 65.1 % from the FTL this after shooting 80.4% from the FTL as a SO.

if he had shot 80% from the FTL his scoring avg would have been a little over 25 ppg vs the 23.9 ppg. plus he has added a shot for this season that he has not used that much. it will be interesting to see how teams will adjust to the work he has put in.

Don't brag about putting up big numbers against Jon Teske. It’s not hard to do lol.

Now, the Big Ten defensive player of the year on the other hand held your boy to 38% from the field and 20 points on 21 shots.

your the one bragging about Cockburn dominating Luka all because Cockburn has 1 year of BT play under his belt, guess what Luka is going into his 4th year as starter in BT play. so I guess the gambler in me says I will see your 1 and raise you 3.

with 2 others guarding him and at times Izzo had 4 players guarding him to deny him the ball, this was the norm in BT play where he was DBL and Triple teamed. but you keep ignoring that part of the defenses Garza faced during BT play

hey keep trashing the best player in the BT just because he plays for Fran and you people can't stand it.

he avg over 26 ppg in BT play so it was not JUST Teske that he lit up shortly after Teske was supposed to be the best center in the BT..

that is what makes the 2020-21 season interesting with JBo back. he is on pace to break the all Time BT made 3 pointers, a career 40 % three point shooter.

something that Iowa needed, when RSFR Fredrick was hurt teams could focus their defense on SO Wieskamp. JT and CMac Were not consistent enough from 3 to draw defenders to them,

not this fall as JBo will require defenders to try and stop him. along with a fully healthy Fredrick who ended the season @ over 46% from 3, this will allow Wieskamp more room to shoot. CM went from 20% from 3 as a RSFR to 34.0% as a RSSO. for a improvement from 20% to 34 % year over year.

how many teams have that type of 3 point shooting on their team where there are at least 3 players that can avg over 40% from with 2 more that will be close before the reserves step onto the floor.

this team has the potential to avg over 35% as a team

Nothing a statement from Captain Kirk can't smooth over.
Maybe he just has to hire a new SC coach.
