Purdue is locked into a 2 seed. Cant get a 1, wont be a 3.
Michigan may very well end a 3 if they hold on and win. Lot of Q1 wins.
If UM wins, both MSU and UM will be in Detroit. Where will PU go? Pittsburgh? Seems like Xavier and Cinci will get Nashville
Disagree- if Xavier is a one seed they will def be in Detroit - is that closer than Nashville?

If UM wins it’s tough to see how the NCAA wouldn’t put both MI teams in Detroit. I think it’d be a guarantee. Purdue in Pittsburgh.
Purdue and Michigan State have been in and out of the top 10 adj defense KenPom ranks all season. Theyre two very, very good defensive teams.
Todays game makes 5 games of evidence that neither Coach and team had a ckue how to defend this Michigan team.
Even the 2 games Purdue won, they just outscored Michigan.
Michigan can defend, doesnt turn the ball over, and is deep and can shoot at all 5 positions.

Yeah I agree if Nashville is closer, Xavier will be there. however, since Xavier could be a one seed, they get the subsite closer closer to them ahead of the Michigan schools
I don't know if it's not having a clue, or not having the options needed. Long, athletic, and physical defenders at all 5 positions are needed to deny the ball, recover on screens and cuts, deny screens and cuts, and be able to disrupt threes with length. Not sure what teams out there have that. You might also still struggle to outscore them. They are playing really well right now, and in this game, not even shooting that great from open looks.

then why did Michigan need OT to beat Iowa with Rahkman and Wagner both fouling out, not to mention even with OT they scored only 77 points..
no its a sign of things to come on defense next season, if nobody else can stop Michigan then how did Iowa do it?
Michigan went 3-19 from 3 vs Iowa and still scored over a point per possession. You did not even remotely stop Michigan.
