Yeah thats not even debatable. Michigan and Maryland should be atop everyones preseason rankings for the B1G.

Like @Mgkcbb said, UM's offense just better than MSU's. It wins out over the course of a 40 minute game. Disciplined, patient, gets good looks and rarely takes contested 2s, which MSU does way too often.

Michigan State has a losing record against Tier 1 teams. Theyre 26-0 vs Tiers 2-4. These things matter when it comes to seeding.

This is so annoying. I continue to sit here and see Matt McQuaid shoot better and play better defense than Josh Langford, yet Langford still starts and eats up most of the minutes.

Word is Bruno will be going to the combine and seeing where he is, if he isn’t happy he is coming back. With JJ injury the combine is probably out of the picture so he is going to have to go based on what he hears. Hearing mixed reports on whether he stays or goes. Huerter snake got tossed around but I think his window opens up next year.

Not sure. It’s weird. MSU is better vs the field but UM is better h2h with MSU.

Before this game UM was ranked 35th in Kenpom AdjO and MSU is 13th.

MSU is a slightly better overall team with a higher floor but UM has played a couple real good games h2h vs MSU

May be top 15. The problem is that's after the tournament. So it's no surprise ia team that wins that many games in a row against quality opponents would have a good Kp ranking. I know the last Duke title they came in to the tournament ranked like 48th in defense.
