The only two I can think of in the past fifty or so years to do so are John Wooden and Al McGuire. Maybe Coach K or Roy Williams? Both are at least seventy, I believe.

Both K and Roy are year to year imo.It amazes me that they still have the energy necessary to keep on competing at that level.I am just going to appreciate K as long as I can
If Syracuse miraculously wins the title in the next few years, Jim Boeheim will probably retire.
Calipari will get his 2nd title, retire, and run for President in 2024.
With Bates coming on board I wouldn't be surprised if Izzo doesn't shed a few tears when cutting down the nets and goes the Al McQuire route.
