Since UK sucks let's switch the focus to the ongoing bitch fight between Louisville and the NCAA. šŸ˜

"[T]he institution's administration knew or should have known that Adidas was its booster," NCAA enforcement staff wrote in the reply. "It should have been very clear to Louisville that if Adidas employees offered or arranged to provide hundreds of thousands of dollars for a prospect to enroll based on his basketball ability, something not available to the general student population or compliant schools, this conduct would be an NCAA violation attributable to the institution."

In its reply, NCAA enforcement staff wrote that it is "unaware of any factual information that warrants a lower penalty range for the institution."

Iā€™m not surprised by the response. I wonder how long this one will take to play out. The uncertainty can feel like punishment before the actual punishment.

The article says, "The case will be handled by either the NCAA Committee on Infractions or the Independent Accountability Resolution Process and probably won't be adjudicated until sometime next year. "

Unless they are going to make a decision in the next 3 weeks I would say "next year" is probably accurate. šŸ˜†

Lol in the age of Covid, we really donā€™t care anymore. Like cool ncaa, do your thing you pussies. I know you hate the NBA kev, but the more time goes on and the Ncaa cherry picks who they want to punish out of their ā€œmoral code and honor systemā€ lol, the more I tune into NBA. Better product and less dumb bs that ultimately doesnā€™t matter. NCAA reminds me of a catholic school trying to disparage others for not following suit, while theyā€™re in the midst of a sex scandal with one of their priests.

This is true. I've actually stopped watching the last two UK games early.

I am sure I would follow the NBA if Cincinnati still had a team (or Louisville). I watch it during the playoffs, mainly because that and NHL are the only things going on that time of the year.

Not to distract from whatā€™s going on at UL, but when does KU finally receive their Addias death sentence?
